Eventbrite

Already sell tickets on Eventbrite? Connect your account and keep both in step.

What you can do

  1. Import your events. Pick the live events of your Eventbrite account and bring them onto your EventFlow page, with their dates, description, image and a link to the official Eventbrite page for tickets.
  2. Publish from EventFlow. After saving an event in EventFlow, choose to also publish it on Eventbrite. You can also publish several events at once from a CSV file, after reviewing each row.
  3. Keep them up to date. Edit a published event in EventFlow and the new title, picture, description, category and (for one-off events) date and times are sent to Eventbrite. You can take an event off Eventbrite at any time; it stays on your EventFlow page.
  4. Tickets stay on Eventbrite. The Tickets button on your EventFlow page links to your Eventbrite event page. Ticket sales, payments and refunds are handled by Eventbrite.

How to connect

Everything happens inside EventFlow. The only moment you see an Eventbrite page is to approve the connection, and you come straight back.

  1. Sign in to your EventFlow manager, the dashboard where you manage your events.
  2. In the menu on the left, click Eventbrite, then Connect / Disconnect.
  3. Click Connect Eventbrite. A secure Eventbrite window opens and asks you to approve the connection. You do not type your password in EventFlow: it stays with Eventbrite.
  4. Once you approve, you are sent back to EventFlow automatically. The page now shows "Connected".
  5. You can then import your Eventbrite events or publish new ones from the Add event page.

Your data

EventFlow reads your live events (title, dates and times, description, category, ticket prices, image and the official Eventbrite link) and the name of the connected account. It does not access attendees, ticket buyers, orders, payments or refunds.

You can disconnect at any time. EventFlow then deletes its access token and every link with your account, and by default the events and images imported from Eventbrite (you may choose to keep them as your own EventFlow events). Events that are live on Eventbrite are not changed. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.
