Questions
Good to know.
Do you sell tickets?
No. EventFlow is a What's On page. Each event has a Tickets button that sends your audience to the page you already use to sell tickets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, just send an email to contact@eventflow.site.
Can I get a refund?
You need to cancel within 14 days from the date of subscription to get a refund. Please write to contact@eventflow.site.
What counts as an active event?
An event that is currently shown on your page. Past events disappear automatically, so they do not count.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Start small and move up when you have more events to show.
