Get your EventFlow page live in minutes.

   Set-up

   • Go to Settings → Brand & venue: add or edit your venue name, logo and brand colours.
   • If Live Sport is on for your venue, open Sport settings in the menu: choose the sports and competitions shown on your page.
   • Go to My site → Useful info: add your address, opening hours and contact links.

   Add your events

   • Open Add event in the menu and pick a card: Add single event, Add recurring event or Add sport fixture.
   • Or use Add events CSV to add lots of events at once from a spreadsheet (download a template first).

   Check your page & edit if needed

   • On the Dashboard, click View your site to see your page exactly as your customers do (or copy its link).
   • In My site, use the action icons on any event (edit ✎, hide, remove) to change it.
4. 4

   Generate your QR code flyer & share it

   • Go to Settings → QR code: download your QR code, or the printable "scan to see our events" flyer.
   • Put it on your tables, windows and menus so customers scan straight to your page.
